REFUND POLICY

All sales on Mr Gold Development are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once a resource has been delivered or accessed.

EXCEPTIONS

A refund or store credit may be considered in the following cases:

  • The resource was accidentally purchased twice
  • The product has a critical bug that prevents it from functioning at all,  and our support team is unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe
  • The product was significantly misrepresented in its description
